Beluga Caviar is exquisitely delicate, soft and smooth, with a hint of sweetness to a slight nutty flavor. Beluga is a light silvery gray to black and it's appearance is firm, clear, glossy. Excellent on a toast point with creme fraiche. Packaged in a 1 ounce container.
