1/2kg. Tin of American Salmon Caviar
Our North American Salmon produces a vivid red, semi-transparent caviar that is initially buttery to the palate, followed by a rich aftertaste as the roes burst. The pearl-sized roes are amongst the largest in size of any caviar. Chum Salmon, oncorhynchus keta, is native to the Pacific Ocean and North America. Like all salmon, the Chum Salmon returns to its spawning grounds in fresh water rivers throughout the North American west coast.
